What to include in your message

The more context you give us, the more useful our response will be. You do not need to have everything decided. Even an outline at research stage is enough for us to point you in a useful direction.

Helpful things to mention:

• The type of requirement: event hire, exhibition, corporate demonstration, retail activation, pilot programme, Robotics-as-a-Service, or something else.
• Approximate date or timeframe, if known.
• Location in the UK.
• Any sense of scale: single day, multi-day, recurring, one-off.
• Your organisation type: business, event agency, public sector, education, other.

You do not need to include a budget figure, though it helps if you have one in mind. If pricing is the main question, our guide on how hire pricing works is a good place to start first.
